RENTALIEN collects only the information needed to process your rental: name, phone number, email, address, rental purpose and government ID details at pickup.

Your information is used to manage bookings, verify identity, communicate about your rental and process deposits and refunds.

We do not sell your personal data. We contact you only about your rental unless you opt in to updates.

Storage media (memory cards) is formatted after each rental. Please back up your photos and videos before returning equipment — RENTALIEN is not responsible for data left on returned equipment.
