Damage & Loss Policy

Normal wear & tear from careful, reasonable use is generally not chargeable.

Damage from misuse, drops, impact, liquid, sand, dust, corrosion or unauthorized repair may be chargeable at reasonable repair or replacement cost.

Missing accessories (batteries, chargers, mounts, cables, memory cards, controllers, discs) are charged at their listed replacement value.

Lost or stolen equipment must be reported immediately with a police complaint where reasonably required. The customer may be responsible for reasonable replacement cost subject to applicable law.

Water-resistant or rugged equipment is not damage-proof. Follow manufacturer operating limits.
